• The staffing roster is organized to ensure that the Educator to child ratios is maintained at all times.
• Educational leaders are provided time to reflect and create a weekly program.
• Educators have access to the learning framework and the educator’s guide to the framework in the service.
• Educators have access to the Law, Regulations and The National Quality Standards.
• Educators are supported by the organisation to use their skills, strength, interest and talents and are encouraged to share this knowledge with other educators.
• Staff development is a priority.
• Community and family are invited in the festivals.
• Qualified Educators implement a well-balanced curriculum program.
• Management respects each Educators’ professional knowledge, experience and suggestions. Educators respect and support each other’s views. Educators work as a team and the relaxed atmosphere creates a nice environment for everyone involved at the centre. Service maintains high standards in cleanliness and good hygiene.
